How did you get started?
I got started designing jewelry in high school. I was always the type of person as soon as I saw someone else was wearing what I had.....couldn't wear it anymore. Had to find something new. Years (and I mean YEARS) later when I was let go from my job, I decided to take that time to get back into it again and make it into a business.
Pale Blue Bar Necklace
Where do you create?
I have a small little studio room in my place that has a beautiful big sliding glass door (nature is a HUGE inspiration for me).
Tell us how you decided on your shop name.
I wanted something that was timeless and could shift and evolve with me no matter what I did. So it was only fitting that my name be my business as well!
Ice Blue Crystal Drop Earrings
What inspires you to create your products?
Nature is a big inspiration to me!....Lately I've been playing with vintage ideas though and will have them up in my shop very soon hopefully.
Where do you see yourself and your products in 10 years?
I hope I am still doing what I am doing right now only with more interest and sales........maybe even a baby or 2 in tow.
Chainmaille Charm Bracelet
How did you feel the first time someone actually paid money for something you had made?
I feel the same way every time a sale shows up in my inbox. Excited (special happy dance of course), I don't think it will ever change for me, and I hope it doesn't.
Any advice you would like to share with a newbie who may be reading this?
Keep working at it. It's hard working for yourself, you have noone telling you what you "should" do, what works. A lot of reading and learning is involved ( I've been open since 2009 and I'm still trying to learn more and more). Basically just keep your head up. If you show people how much you love your product(s) then they will be interested and want to check it out too.

Help out a great cause and get some fabulous earrings too!!!
Right now the silver butterfly hearts collection is being sold to benefit an organization of 3 local NO KILL organizations in JAPAN called JEARS (Japans Earthquake Animal Rescue and Support). The profit from the sale of each piece will be donated.
