Chasing The Nuns - what an intriguing name! And what an intriguing shop!  Chasing the Nuns is an ecletic mix of screen printed and crocheted jewelry, handbags, napkins, baby items, and accessories.

Sarah, the creator, is a stay at home mom who loves to knit, crochet, and sew crafts instead of going crazy. She has been knitting for over 6 years, crocheting for 5 and sewing for longer than she remembers.

Sarah has a B.S. degree in Psychology and a M.A. degree in Sociology both from Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL.

Recently she has been working with her friend ,Charles, to bring silkscreen into her work.  Together they make some amazing one of a kind pieces for you to use.

BESTeam Feature: http://www.etsy.com/shop/danizabeth

I am in love with the photos at Danizabeth...

As a young girl she would go to salvage yards with her Dad and search for keys that had fallen out of the car's ignition. The ultimate prize was if the key had a keychain still attached.

Driving thru the midwest you see images such as the one above on many farms.  A life that has been left behind.  Danizabeth does a fabulous job at capturing that life.  I love the feel of her photos.
